International Journal of Remote Sensing
01-16-2013 This is the official journal of the Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society. It is a research journal, and its focus is on the science and technology of remote sensing and its applications. Topics include data collection, analysis, and interpretation; surveying from space; and use of remote sensing data. The top ten most-cited articles now are offered free online. The section "Remote Sensing Letters" split off to form its own journal of the same name [ISSN 2150-704X]. Editorship and authorship are international. Appropriate for remote-sensing professionals and academic libraries with collections that support environmental studies, geography, and related programs that study remote sensing. (Weimer, Kathy)
