01-16-2013 Security Dialogue provides the most current information on global peace and security. It offers new ideas on important issues concerning peace and security. It intends to provoke thought and reflection through "interregional dialogue" on issues concerning international security. A recent issue contains articles such as "Resilience and human security: The post-interventionist paradigm," "Is securitization a 'negative concept'? Revisiting the normative debate over normal versus extraordinary politics," and "Thinking critically about food security." The journal provides expert coverage of such topics as the role of the United Nations, conflict prevention, mediation, sovereignty, and intervention.
