10-04-2006 This Academy of Management publication assumes an understanding of management/organizational psychology research methods at a doctoral level, so it is recommended only for libraries with Ph.D. programs or a substantial research faculty in these fields. Each issue's four or five articles compare existing quantitative and qualitative methods and research designs currently used by organizational researchers, discuss the development of new methods, or introduce tests and measures from other disciplines to the management field. The journal also includes essays and reviews on methods, point/counterpoint debates, measurement evaluations, a "teacher's corner," and book and computer software reviews.
