11-15-1997 Journal of Fire Sciences covers advances in flammability, retardant chemistry, combustion toxicology, and other fire-related research topics. The editors also wish to provide a regular forum for exchange of ideas with those who "are active in fire science but who themselves are not active in performing experimental studies." This journal would be useful to research scientists in chemistry, engineering, and materials science.
