The journal publishes both theoretical and empirical Research in all spheres of Economic. The journal deals with the problems of socio-economic development of countries and regions, short-, medium- and long-term forecasts of economic development and its sectors, the issues of structural investment, social, financial and foreign policies, economic strategies, the processes of globalization and modernization in the sectors of economy.

In order to permit complex expert evaluation, all manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. All reviewers are acknowledged experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials.

The scientific support of journal: the Institute of  Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IEF RAS).

The journal is published with the financial support of the Department of Marketing and International Cooperation of the Institute of Management and Regional Development of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

The Journal is included in the List of peer reviewed scientific journals published by the Higher Attestation Commission in which major research results from the dissertations of Candidates of Sciences (Ph.D) and Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degrees are to be published. The basic rubricator of the journal corresponds to the group of scientific specialties 08.00.00 "Economic sciences".

All articles of the journal are publicly available — on the websites of the journal and the Scientific Electronic Library (http://elibrary.ru).

All materials of the journal “MIR (Modernization. Innovation. Research)” are published by using the license Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), allowing loading and distributing works on the assumption of indicating the authorship. The works may not be changed in any way or used for commercial interests.

The subscription is accepted in post offices according to the Catalogue of Rospechat Agency (index 65042).

The Journal is distributed throughout the Russian Federation and other countries.  

The languages of publication are Russian and English.
