The journal «Pediatricheskaya Farmakologiya» («Pediatric Pharmacology») was founded in 2003 under the auspices of the Union of Pediatricians of Russia. Editor in chief - professor Namazova-Baranova L.S.

In the journal “Pediatric Pharmacology” one may find evidence-based clinical guidelines, and information upon drugs and vaccines used in children. You may also obtain detailed information about the effects of drugs on the fetus, pharmaco-economic research carried out in Russia. In this journal we also refer to such unsolved problems of pediatric pharmacology as clinical studies and their legal and ethical aspects. Besides, authors, members of the Editorial Board and readers – all have the opportunity to discuss published materials, as well as to offer their own topics for discussion by presenting results of their studies that do not conform to generally accepted data. The journal is aimed at clinical pediatricians specializing in various areas, as well as for health care organizers, managers of health institutions at all levels – professionals who take real decisions that determine the range of medications and their purchase volume.

The journal is included in the list of State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles.

The journal «Pediatricheskaya farmakologiya» («Pediatric pharmacology») is one of the leading scientific journals for practicing pediatricians and scientists engaged in research in the field of pediatric pharmacology and therapeutics. It was founded in 2003 and is issued bimonthly. In the course of the years the journal became popular within the target audience. Distribution (6 issues a year with circulation of 7000 copies by subscription through agencies and free - for members of the Union of pediatricians of Russia and pediatric medical organizations) made the journal well known to the mainstream target audience. The archive of the journal is open accessed (except the issues of the current year). “Pediatric pharmacology” is fully translated into English, and a reader can find the English version of the full-text articles on the website.
