01-16-2013 JOP is published for the Southern Political Science Association. The journal offers "theoretically innovative and methodologically diverse research in all subfields [of political science] including, but not limited to, American politics, comparative politics, formal theory, international relations, methodology, political theory, public administration[,] and public policy." Recent articles were on U.S. Supreme Court decision making; influences on voters; Spinoza and the "general will"; a statistical model on rights litigation; interracial trust; social networking in Congress; violence and HIV in Africa; and taxation.
