American Educational Research Journal

Издатель:  Sage Publications, Inc.
01-16-2013 Within each issue, articles are published in two sections under separate editorships and editorial boards: "Social and Institutional Analysis" and "Teaching, Learning, and Human Development." This journal addresses an audience of researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from many disciplines, and its articles are lengthy and substantive, generally 20;b230 or more pages long, representing the publication's stated focus on original empirical and theoretical studies and analyses in education. In the first section, the research centers on major political, cultural, social, economic, and organizational issues in education. This section is followed by articles that examine various aspects of teaching, learning, and human development in different types of educational settings. Eight or nine articles per issue provide in-depth research findings and analyses with extensive notes, tables, figures, and references. This is an essential resource for advanced undergraduates, graduate students, and academicians. URL: www.aera.net/publications/?id=315 (Garson, Deborah)
