01-16-2013 As the official journal of the British International Studies Association, RIS is an interdisciplinary periodical that publishes articles related to politics, history, law, and sociology. Recent issues have included articles on the influence of international political economy on British foreign policy in the 1930s; HIV/AIDS and conflict in Africa; the use of nuclear weapons; hegemonic power; and what rising regional powers want from the international community.
