11-15-1997 The Foreign Policy Bulletin provides primary source materials for students and others doing research on U.S. foreign policy. It provides texts of major speeches: official statements of events; remarks made by the president, secretary of state, and other U.S. foreign policy-making figures; foreign policy debates in the House and Senate; speeches by foreign diplomats and other leaders; texts from international organizations; and treaty information. The journal is well illustrated with photos and maps. The only caveat is that many of the texts are excerpted.
